To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your flag.

Flags must be in their original, unused condition, and in the original packaging.

Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant photographs to expedite the process.


Approval Process:
Our Customer Service team will review your request and notify you within 1-2 business days regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.


Return Shipping:
If a return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how and where to return the flag. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.


Condition of Returned Items:
Flags must be returned in their original, unused condition, and in the original packaging.

Any signs of use, damage, or alteration may result in a denial of the refund.


Refund Processing Time:
Once the returned flag is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.


Exclusions:
Customized or personalized flags are not eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Flags purchased during promotional events may have specific refund conditions; please check the terms of the promotion for details.




Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective flag, please contact Customer Service immediately. We may request photographs to assess the issue and provide a prompt resolution.


Cancellations:
