Cancellation Window:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time frame, orders are processed, and cancellation may not be possible.


Cancellation Procedure:

Provide your order number and a clear request for cancellation.


Canceled Orders After Processing:
If your order has already been processed or shipped within the 24-hour cancellation window, it cannot be canceled.

In such cases, please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for information on returning the item.


Refund for Canceled Orders:
If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued through the original payment method.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.


Exclusions:
Customized or personalized flags may not be eligible for cancellation once the production process has begun.
